Shipping policy

If applicable, once the item is shipped Craft E Kat releases all liability for broken, stolen, damaged, altered items. Customer can file a claim with the shipping company to receive compensation for damaged item. Craft E Kat will not refund or compensate due to fault of shipping companies.
