Refund policy

Due to the nature of hand-painted, personalized items and items made on demand, we do not offer refunds. Many items are made to order and will show flaws or defects based on the human nature of a hand-painted piece of artwork. Many of these items are for display only and any wear, chipping, scratches that may occur are not eligible for return. Each item is unique and sealed/protected to the best of our ability.
