How Ordering Works

Banner Orders: I will be releasing a limited number of banner orders per month. Be sure to sign up for emails to be notified when slots open up! If my schedule allows, I will add more slots. 

  1. Select the month your event takes place from the products.
  2. Add banner to your cart and customize the size, theme, and more to match your vision. 
  3. Select add-ons such as additional characters, detailed elements, grommets, boxes, etc.
  4. Select pick up/shipping deets
  5. Check out! 
  6. Once your order is received, you'll receive a receipt and I will reach out closer to your event date to verify details. 
  7. Once details are confirmed, I will send you a mock up for you to approve prior to painting. 
  8. Time to Paint!
    1. Local Orders: I will usually complete a day or two before your selected event date. If you need it sooner, please adjust your request date. 
      Shipping Orders: I will ship at a minimum 7 days before your requested date.* 
  9. Once completed, I will send you a photo and package it up! 

Other Personalized Items: 

  1. Select the item
  2. Input personalization details
  3. Unless specifically requested, I do not send mock ups for personalized items. These items are typically freehanded and made up as I go. 
  4. Time to Paint!
  5. I will send you a photo once completed and package it up for pick up or shipping!
